1 KALKISATTVA (The Path of Truth)

That One is oneness.
Known and unknown unite each other.
Being and nonbeing create each other.
Unity and diversity harmonize each other.
As the whole
That One holds all parts.

Being interconnected That One separates all.
Being interdependent That One frees all
That One is older than God
And higher than religion.
As all rivers start and return to the ocean
All lives begin and end in That One.

That One can neither be seen by the eyes
Nor be heard by the ears.
That One can neither be spoken by the mouth
Nor be caught by the hands.
With our feeble senses and primitive mind
We call That One Brahman.

When That One is lost inside
It cannot be found outside in this Universe.

2
Everything is born from nothingness.
The womb of darkness is the Divine Mother.

She is empty but full.
She is hidden but present.
Approach Her and She has no name.
Follow Her and she has no form.

The vision of Her is truth.
The thought of Her is silence.
The speech of Her is Om.
The action of Her is dharma

Knowing this
All others are known.

3
Relationship of That One is good.
Wisdom of That One is better.
Realization of That One is best.

Light exists amidst darkness.
Life exists amidst death.
Truth exists amidst untruth.
Silence exists amidst thought.
Changelessness exists amidst change.

Brahman is neither body nor mind,
Neither intellect nor ego.
Beyond all existence and non-existence
Resides that mysterious power.

All can feel It,
But none can see it.
All can experience It.
But none can intellectualize it.
All can pursue It
But none can possess it.

Those who are slaves to That One
Are the masters of all.

4
Life is made in the image of love.
Give and you will receive.
Receive and you will have more to give.

Being unloved
Brings the worst suffering.
Being unwanted
Brings the worst unhappiness.
Being uncared for
Brings the worst poverty.
All one needs is to love
And to be loved

Fruitless are the great deeds
Done with small love.
Fruitful are the small deeds
Done with great love.
What one does to others
One does for oneself.

The best love to give an enemy
Is forgiveness.
The best love to give an opponent
Is tolerance.
The best love to give a friend
Is good heart
The best love to give Brahman
Is silence.

One who sows the seed of love
Reaps the fruit of peace.

5
Formlessness is form.
Form is formlessness.

When the Unknown is known
That is Om.
Breath follows Om.
Thought follows breath.
Humans follow thought

With prayer all talk to That One.
With meditation all listen to That one.

Closing their eyes the sages see
Patience in earth
Purity in water
Austerity in fire
Detachment in air
Omnipresence in sky.

One who masters desire is happy.
One who knows Self is enlightened.

6
When illumined beings
Unite their self with Supreme Self
They separate themselves from suffering.

Life brings happiness and unhappiness
But it is Self
That remains blissful.
Body and mind pass through
Birth and death
But it is Self
That remains immortal.
People changes through youth and old age
But it is Self
That remains eternal.

Life is known when it is unknown.
Life is lived when it is unlived.
Life is done when it is undone.

The sage lives nameless and formless
Leaving birth and death.

7
The winner of life is victorious in one life.
The winner of death is victorious in all lives.

Living dead in life
Is worse than death.
Dying alive in death
Is better than life.

At birth you cry
When others smile
At death you smile
When others cry.
One who lives pleasant life
Dies peaceful death.

Giving all to this life
The sage saves nothing
For death to take.
S/he comes with no-thing
Lives with no-thing
dies with no-thing
And unites with no-thing.

Life begins with desire
And ends with desirelessness.
This is an age old truth.

8
Without seeing
The energy of the moon
You can see its effects on the tides.
Without noticing
The movement of the air
You can notice its manipulation
On the branches.
Without knowing
The power of the sun
You can know its control over the earth.
Without understanding
The mystery of Brahman
You can understand it’s regulation of the Universe.

That which is manifested
Will not measure the unmanifest.
That which is known
Will fail to unlock the unknown.

Who can find the footprints
Of birds in the sky?
Who can collect the wild flowers
In a dream?
What need is there to search for That One
Who is never lost?

For the sages the Great Way has no gates.

9
Past is gone
Future is unknown
What you have is here and now.
If you can not be happy
In the present moment
You can never be happy.

To be happy for a while
Give a smile to someone.
To be happy for a day
Give a kindness to someone.
To be happy for a week
Give compassion to someone.
To be happy for a month
Give forgiveness to someone.
To be happy for a year
Give love to someone.
To be happy for ever
Give happiness to someone.

Life without karma
Mind without desire
Body without impurity
Soul without illusion
This is the way of happiness.

One who is happy will live in peace.

10
Truth is one
But sages call it by many names.
Path is one
But people follow it in many forms.
As many views
So many avenues.

Who knows how the creation was created,
By Itself or by the creator?
Who knows what lived before
The earth, the stars and the Universe?
Who knows what Gods and Goddesses were
In the beginning to be worshiped?

From formless was born form.
From form were born Shiva and Shakti.
From the union of Shiva and Shakti
Was born the cosmic egg of the creation.
From the creation were born
The heaven and the earth.
From the heaven and the earth were born
One thousand things.

The Sage who sits in silence
And meditates in nothingness
Realizes that formlessness.

11
Monism frees dualism.
Dualism binds monism.
They interrelate with one another
To produce harmony.

One who is unseen
Is permanent.
One who is seen
Is impermanent.
The shadow between unseen and seen
Is Brahman.

It is mystery but the reality of all creation.
It is dark but the light of all lives.
It is nothing but the root of all things.
It is silence but the sound of all thoughts.

One who looks for It outside
Is a dreamer.
One who finds It inside
Is awakened.

12
Meditate nothingness
In everything.
Watch everything
In nothingness.
Brahman is like air
Never seen but always present.

The fish in the water
Is interconnected with the ocean.
The embryo in the womb
Is interrelated with the mother.
The creation in the Universe
Is interdependent on the Creator.

That One is in all.
All are in That One.
Loving all is to love That One.
Serving all is to serve That One.
Uniting with all is to unite with That One.

To know nothingness
Is to be free from everything.

KALIKAPANCHARATNAM (Five Jewels of Goddess Kali)

1
In the divine hour of early morning, I meditate on
The blue-lotus body of Mahakali, the Goddess of Enlightenment;
Who is Mahamaya, the Primodial One,
The mother of generation, operation and dissolution;
Who manifests through three Gunas, the red, yellow and white colors in the cosmos;
Garlands with skulls of mantras, cloths with hands of Karma,
And remains as a mystery to Brahma, Vishnu, Shiva, gods, gurus, sages and saints!
I salute Her, I salute Her and I salute Her again and again..

2
In the divine hour of early morning, I meditate on
The enchanting face of Mahakali, the smiling one;
With the third eye of wisdom, ear rings of dualism,
Disheveled hair of freedom and laughter of annihilation
She, in the soundless sound, OM, resides as A, U, M and E;
Who is worshiped with the seed syllable Aim, Hrim and Krim.
As Kundalini, the inner energy, She mediates
Atman with Brahman in Tantra yoga.
I salute Her, I salute Her and I salute Her again and again.

3
In the divine hour of early morning, I meditate on
The boon delivering hands of Mahakali, the Universal Mother;
Who, in Her upper right hand, holds the head of ego,
In Her lower right hand, the sword of illumination,
And in Her left hands, offer fearlessness and the four aims of life.
True devotees, who only worship Mokshyapradayini, the giver of liberation,
With unconditional love, faith and devotion;
She dissolves them in to Her essential nature, the abode of Pure Consciousness.
I salute Her, I salute Her and I salute Her again and again.

4
In the divine hour of early morning, I meditate on
The red hibiscus-like feet of Mahakali, the devourer of distress;
Who, wearing the veil of Maya, and the anklet of time,
And with the roar of thunder and the lightening of laughter
Dances Tandava, the cosmic dance of life and death, on the corpse of consciousness
And in the cremation ground of impermanence.
Mantra is Her music, Tantra is Her drum, Yantra is Her body postures,
And enlightened beings are the audiences.
I salute Her, I salute Her and I salute Her again and again.

5
In the divine hour of early morning, I meditate on
The ten wisdom of Mahakali, the greatly beautiful one.
She is Kali, Tara, Shodashi, Bhubaneswari, Bhairavi, Chinamasta,
Dhumabati, Bagala, Matangi and Kamala;
Who rewards all desires and creates all marvels.
When She is there, there is no samsara, maya, devas,
Liberation, Guru and disciple;
And when She is not known there is no use of revealed scriptures and sadhana.
She, as the Mother of Yoga, is the process towards Self-realization.
I salute Her, I salute Her and I salute Her again and again.

PARAMAGURU TANTRA (Wisdom of Cosmic Being)

Bhairava (God) said: O All Knowing Mother, Who is Sad Guru (True Master)
Where does s/he live?
Pray, please tell me, what is her or his true nature?

Mahakali (Goddess) said: Listen son, now I speak of the very nature
Of the vehicle of happiness, the Guru, who is the root of all Shastras (Scriptures),
The essence of this world, the very self of Para Brahma.
S/he can save a disciple where even God and Goddess cannot intercede.

The true Guru is one who steadily abides in the Self
Through the Self and by the Self.
S/he shows an equal eye of favor for all disciples
And courage in all places and circumstances.

The true Guru is one who liberates disciple
From sufferings and rewards joy
S/he eliminates ”I“ with the path of wisdom
And “mine” with the path of devotion.

The true Guru is existence, consciousness and bliss
Who is a kind father, compassionate mother,
Best friend, and highest teacher of Self-Knowledge
To all inward minded disciples.

The true Guru is one who practices moderation in food
Moderation in sleep and moderation in speech.
S/he observes pain and pleasure with equanimity, performs desireless duty
And closes the mind to Samsara (illusionary world) as the turtle withdraws his own limbs against great danger.

The true Guru is one who has risen above three Gunas (attributes)
Subduing body, mind and senses
S/he is free from malice and egoism, ever content, forgiving by nature
And mentally united with Self.

The true Guru is like a good physician who cares
About the spiritual health of the truth seekers
Not only s/he prescribes the medicine for the cure of the sickness of suffering
But makes sure that the disciple is healed.

The true Guru is one who as the giver of the boons
Appears when the disciple is ready with devotion
S/he dances divine dance and opens the door to enlightenment
With the key of the secret of the secrets!

The true Guru is a Self-realized Master
Who purifies disciple’s spirit with words or silence
S/he helps the Truth to be understood by someone
Who is honest, humble and obedient by nature.

The true Guru is omnipresent, omnipotent, omniscient
All powerful and one without a second
S/he is above you, below you, in front of you, behind you
All around you and beyond you.

The true Guru is the one who like an ocean of compassion
Feels the pain of the suffering souls
S/he, as one bright light, lightens another lamp and as a magnet
Magnetizes disciple’s life with liberation.

The true Guru is the one who as the Atman
Shines in the abode of silence annihilating ego between the intellect and the soul
S/he is without name and form, heaviest of all
And smaller than the atom and larger than the universe.

The true Guru is the one who holds the feet of love, the hands of service,
The body of sacrifices, the head of meditation, and the heart of enlightenment
S/he, as the cow follows her calf, walks behind the disciple
And carries the footprints of devotees in the heart for fun-loving memories.

The true Guru is the Supreme Lord who with his grace
Helps the lame to climb mountains and the dumb to recite scriptures
S/he applies the lotion of wisdom in the eyes of blind disciples
To witness Truth in the ocean of darkness.

The true Guru is like Kamadhenu, the wish fulfilling cow
Who, with the milk of initiation, nourishes the body, mind and soul of the disciples
When s/he is pleased what is the need of gods and rituals?
And when s/he is displeased what is the use of scriptures and spiritual practices?

The true Guru is one who is worshiped
In the form of Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva
S/he is none other than the Divine Mother, the Supreme Being
One who loves Sad guru receives true path of devotion, action, wisdom and liberation.

KALKI MAHADHARMA (The Supreme Path Of Illumination)

The truth in all religions is one.
God is all. The Path is whole.
One who worships with
The mindfulness of Buddhism
The nonviolence of Jainism
The liberation of Hinduism
The prayer of Sikhism
The ethics of Confucianism
The harmony of Daoism
The spirit of Shintoism
The light of Zoroastrianism
The love of Christianity
The wisdom of Judaism
The peace of Islam
And the mystery of shamanism
Realizes God holistically.
This is Mahadharma, the religion of the world.

Truth is Brahman.
Brahman is attained by Shakti.
Shakti is reached through yoga.
Yoga bestows Mukti.

The Supreme Being is the puzzle
The truth in all religions are the pieces
The enlightened being is the one
Who knows how to put it all together.

The mind of Brahman is science.
The soul of Brahman is religion.
Without one Brahman is lame.
Without the other Brahman is blind.

Without the fare of devotion in your pocket do not try to ride the ferry to the other shore.

Mind needs liberation from suffering, but soul seeks union with God.

Brahman listens when worshiped as God.
Brahman speaks when prayed to as guru.

Believe God as eminent, transient, or both. Acknowledge God as S/He or It.. Respect the essence of all paths and experience the oneness in all religions. Follow the path of devotion, wisdom, action, and meditation- one, many, or all of them. See God in all and all in God. Do good, perform no evil, and purify mind. Lead upright individual, social, and moral lives. Ask, “Who am I?” Be attached to the real and detached from the unreal. Find the true map of the spiritual path and follow as it leads to the valley of love.

Is God Hindu or Muslim, Christian or Confucian, Jew or Jain, Buddhist or Taoist, Sikh or Shintoist? Is God found in the Vedas or the Koran, the Bible or the Analects, the Torah or the Agama, the Tripitak or the Tao Te Ching, the Grantha Sahib or the Kazuki ? Is God seen in the temple or the church, the monastery or the mosque, the synagogue or the shrine? Is God reached through pilgrimage or priest, ritual or right, fasting or festival, sacrifice or ceremony, prayer or purification? Is God a householder or monk, husband or wife, king or beggar, wise one or fool, young or old, Brahmin or pariah? God is above all.

When the mind’s child cries, religion helps as a pacifier.
When the soul’s child cries, God serves as a breast-feeding mother.

The explicit order behind all symbols is Brahman.

Brahman is love here, consciousness there, and silence everywhere.

When the soul is lost in God, it is found in heaven.
O Sages!
In ritual God meets the devotee.
In prayer God hears the devotee.
In meditation God speaks to the devotee.
In enlightenment God liberates the devotee.

Sanatan Dharma is an ocean
Where the rivers of many faiths have merged over the course of time.
In one word it is called Samadhi; in one syllable it is OM.

This Cosmism
As an eternal religion leads us to light
As an universal philosophy holds our life
As a humanistic ethic rewards us with love
As a deepest metaphysics lures us from known to unknown
And as the Supreme Truth hugs our soul.

Inaction is the dharma of Shiva
Action is the dharma of Kali
Liberation is the dharma of Atman
Illumination is the dharma of Brahman.

Morality for body
Meditation for mind
Faith for soul
These are the triple jewels of Sanatan Dharma.

Everybody can sing
But nobody can be a musician
Without learning from a music master.
Everybody can love God
But nobody can realize God
Without the guidance of a guru.

God honors the guru with form, where as guru worships god without form.

Anyone who follows Sat, Sat Guru, and Sat Sangham attains salvation here and now.

As soon as you notice karma, the predator, is approaching quickly run to Divine Mother for Her protection.

As karma leaves no one, all must leave karma.

Medication cures body
Meditation cures mind
And illumination cures soul.

Take the best from the past
Take the best from the present
Make the best of your future.
Take the best from the East
Take the best from the West
Add the best to your life.

Ignorance, desire,
Karma, destiny,
Vice, ancestral curse,
Disease, decay, old age and death.
All are the cause of human suffering.

As money can not buy happiness in the outer world, one must obtain it free from the inner world.

Life begins with desire and ends with desirelessness.

As sun, rain, and snow regulates the weather
Desire, karma, and destiny manipulates all lives.

In the tree of life
The root is wisdom
The trunk is morality
The flower is meditation
And the fruit is liberation.

Everyone is born good
But everywhere souls are
In the veils of vice.
Everyone is born free
But everywhere souls are
in the chains of Maya.

When there is right destiny
There is right karma
When there is right karma
There is right body
When there is right body
There is right mind
When there is right mind
There is right Self
When there is right Self
There is Self-realization.

Food nourishes the body.
Knowledge stimulates the mind.
Truth hugs the soul.

All evil beings in this world
Will remain evil
In their next life.
All noble beings in this world
Will remain noble
In their next life.
All liberated beings in this world
Will remain liberated
In their next life.
As the wheels follow a bullock cart
Karma will follow all beings here and hereafter.

Meditate on thought.
From the enlightened thought
Is born the enlightened being.

Perfect goodness. Perform no evil.
Practice wisdom. Purify mind.
Follow God.
Do all your works offering the results
To the Supreme Being.
This is the golden rule of liberation.

In concentration the subject and the object are separate, in meditation the subject and the object are united, and in enlightenment the subject and the object are one.

As freedom is everyone’s political birthright,
Liberation is everyone’s spiritual birthright.

The true nature of all is silence, the Brahmanhood, the abode of truth, consciousness and bliss. It is beyond form and formlessness, life and death, action and reaction, man and woman, wise and ignorant, saint and sinner, king and beggar, theistic and atheistic, and all other forms of dualism. One who knows this essence of Brahmanhood is truly a follower of Sanatan dharma.

The world is an ocean.
There the fool swims and sinks
But the wise one sails to the other shore
On the boat of Divine Grace.

No more bondage to Maya
No more bondage to ego
No more bondage to desire
No more bondage to ignorance
I am free, I am free, I am free
I am free at last, the Awakened One.

Eliminating karma
Annihilating ignorance
Destroying desire
Abandoning name and form
Renouncing the unreal
Sitting in solitude
Mastering yoga
Gone, gone,
The enlightened one to the other shore,
Beyond the world of suffering.

O Sages!
It is Silence
That is the greatest religion
It is Silence
That is the purest meditation
It is Silence
That is the noblest enlightenment
It is Silence
That is the highest truth.

Hinduism calls It Brahman
Buddhism calls It Nirvana
Jainism calls It Kaivalyam
Sikhism calls It Ek Omkar
Taoism calla It the Tao
Confucianism calls It Shing Ti
Shintoism calls It Kami
Zoroastrianism calls It Ahura Mazda
Judaism calls It Wei
Islam calls It Allah
And Christianity calls It Kingdom of God.

From Silence
It all begins.
To Silence
It all returns.
But Silence
Remains as Silence for ever.
That Silence is in you
With you, around you, and beyond you.

No matter what you think, do, or say
This life will pass away one day.
Therefore, O Sages,
Think right, do right, and say right
For a happy and enlightened living.

Humility for head
Vision for eyes
Prayer for years
Truth for mouth
Breath control for nose
Service for hands
Pilgrimage for feet
Sacrifice for ego
Love for life
Yoga for body
Meditation for mind
Enlightenment for soul
O Sages!
These are the twelve vows of illumination.

Truth when seen is missed
Truth when heard is misunderstood
Truth when spoken is lost
Truth when experienced is realized.

Religion is Truth.
Truth is science.
Therefore, science is religion.
Religion is the science of the past.
Science is the religion of the present.

One who closes the eyes
Sees the truth.
One who silences the mouth
Speaks the truth.
One who forgets the mind
Knows the truth.
One who sits in meditation
Walks on the path of truth.
Truth is lost in the known and found in unknown.

Make your home a heaven.
Make your heart a temple
Make your Atman the Brahman.

When philosophy ends religion begins
When religion dies God is incarnated
